Herbal Tea Blending Saturday, September 6th 10am to 12pm
Join me in this new class offering a mixed bag of herbal information. Learn how to blend herbal teas like an expert! We will discuss the herbs that are most useful and which herbs everyone should keep on hand.

Herbs for Detox and Weight Loss Saturday, September 13th - 10am to 12pm
Location: Its Yoga Las Vegas, Maryland Parkway
Did you ever wonder what "toxins" really are? In this informative class, we will discuss what exactly we are trying to get rid of, as well as basic weight loss strategies. Learn how to trick your body into weight loss and cut food cravings with herbs. Students will sample and create teas to take home. Cost: $39

Learn how to effectively buy, prepare and use herbs. Other topics covered in this class include comparing various forms of herbs on the market, quality of herbs, safe use of herbs, growing medicinal herbs and speicific uses for many different plants. Cost: $39

Herbology 2 Saturday, September 27th - 10am - 12pm
Location: University of Nevada Las Vegas
This continuation of Herbology 1 focusses on the actions of plants giving students the know-how to apply thier uses. Also in this class we will discull dosage of herbs, safety in detail, herbs to grow in Las Vegas and how to harvest and prepare them for use. We will be starting the fist aid kit with herbal oils. Herbology 3 Saturday, October 18th - 10am - 12pm
Location: University of Nevada Las Vegas This class is mostly a "hands-on" workshop where students can use what they have learned to create herbal medicines to take home. Learn how to save money and fill your medicine cabinet with safe and effective home-made herbal remedies. Students will take home what they make in class. Cost: $34

Herbology 4 Saturday, November 1st - 10am-12pm
Location: University of Nevada Las Vegas
In this class students will learn more advanced herbal medicine making procedures, materia medica coverage, in depth look at medicinal actions and advanced terminology as well as cover the basics for creating herbal formulas. Students will get also hands-on practice processing fresh herbs for medicinal use. Cost: $34

These 2 classes offer all sorts of information on using herbs for healthy skin and hair! We will create our own bath and body products with herbs and natural ingredients.
